the delivery driver never rang the doorbell ?! it would have been nice to have handed the flowers to my wife since she was home ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for your feedback — the flowers were delivered on time and placed as instructed, but we sincerely apologize that the driver missed the note to ring the doorbell. We’ve addressed this with our delivery team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
