My daughter did not received the flowers. Please I want you to make an investigation about this matter. I feel so sorry because it was her birthday present!!! Thank you. **** Florist's Response: The flowers were delivered at 9:25am after the recipient buzzed us in the lobby and spoke to us on the phone to confirm it was ok to leave flowers in the lobby. We did our job and even delivered the flowers before store hours to accommodate a special request.
